Objective It is to observe the curactive effect of Jingfang Baidusan combined with western medicine in treatment of wind cold attacking the ear of secretory otitis media and the influence on tympanogram and serum inflammatory factors.Methods 136 patients with secretory otitis media of wind cold attacking the ear were randomly divided into control group of 68 cases and observation group of 68 cases.The patients were treated with western medicine in the control group,and with Jingfang Baidusan decoction on the basis of western medicine in the observation group,2 weeks for a course,4 weeks for treatment.The clinical curactive effect of the two groups was compared,and the changes of tympanogram and the levels of serum Interleukin-8 (IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),platelet activating factor (PAF) and procalcitonin (PCT) were detected before and after treatment in the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05),the improvement of tympanogram was better than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-8,TNF-α,PAF and PCT were significantly decreased in the two groups (all P ＜ 0.05),and the levels of all indexes in the observation group was significantly lower than those in the control group (all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The curactive effect of Jingfang Baidusan combined with Western medicine in treatment of wind cold attacking the ear of secretory otitis media is good,it can remarkedly improve the tympanogram,and reduce the serum inflammatory factors levels.%目的 观察荆防败毒散加减联合西药治疗风寒袭耳证分泌性中耳炎患者疗效及对鼓室导抗图、血清炎性因子水平的影响.方法 将136例风寒袭耳证分泌性中耳炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组各68例.对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予荆防败毒散加减中药汤剂口服,2组均以2周为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程.观察2组临床疗效,检测2组治疗前后鼓室导抗图和血清炎性因子白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、血小板活化因子(PAF)及降钙素原(PCT)水平变化情况.结果 观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05),鼓室导抗图改善情况明显优于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗后2组血清IL-8、TNF-α、PAF、PCT水平均明显降低(P均＜0.05),且观察组各指标水平均明显低于对照组(P均＜0.05).结论 荆防败毒散加减联合西药治疗风寒袭耳证分泌性中耳炎疗效肯定,可明显改善患者的鼓室导抗图,降低血清炎性因子水平.
