水木和宁方对帕金森病非运动障碍干预作用的研究

摘要

Objective It is to observe the influence of Shui Mu He Ning Decoction on non-motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease.Methods Sixty patients with Parkinson's disease were randomly divided into treatment group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases).The patients were treated with Madopar in control group,and with Shui Mu He Ning Decoction (dispensing granules) on the basis of the control group treatment in the treatment group,3 months as one treatment course.The depression,sleep disorders,constipation,and comprehensive symptoms were evaluated by Hamilton depression scale (HAND),Pittsburgh sleep quality scale (PSQI),constipation symptom score scale and unified Parkinson's disease rating scale (UPDRS) in the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of HAMD scales,PSQI scales,and constipation symptom score scale in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (all P ＜ 0.05),but there was no significant change in the above scores in the control group (all P ＞ 0.05).The total score and the scores of each single item of UPDRS in the treatment group were significantly lower than those before the treatment (all P ＜ 0.05),and the scores of mental behavior and emotion,and activity of daily living were significantly lower than those in the control group (all P ＜ 0.05);there was no significant change in the total score and the scores of mental behavior and emotion of UPDRS in the control group (all P ＞ 0.05),the scores of activity of daily living and exercise examination were significantly lower than those before treatment (all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Shui Mu He Ning Decoction can improve the nonmotor symptoms of sleep disorders,depression and constipation in patients with Parkinson's disease.%目的 观察水木和宁方对帕金森病患者非运动症状的影响.方法 将60例符合条件的帕金森病患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例.对照组给予美多芭治疗;治疗组在美多芭治疗基础上给予水木和宁方(配方颗粒剂)治疗,2组治疗周期均为3个月.治疗前后分别应用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、匹兹堡睡眠质量量表(PSQI)、便秘症状积分量表、帕金森综合评分量表(UPDRS)对2组患者抑郁、睡眠障碍、便秘及综合症状进行评估.结果 治疗3个月后,治疗组HAMD评分、PSQI评分、便秘症状评分量表评分均明显低于治疗前及对照组(P均＜0.05),对照组上述各项评分均无明显变化(P均＞0.05).治疗组UPDRS总分及各单项评分均明显低于治疗前(P均＜0.05),且精神行为和情绪、日常生活能力评分均明显低于对照组(P均＜0.05);对照组UPDRS总分及精神行为和情绪评分均无明显变化(P均＞0.05),日常生活能力和运动检查评分均明显低于治疗前(P均＜0.05).结论 水木和宁方可以明显改善帕金森病患者睡眠障碍、抑郁及便秘等非运动症状.
