通过负载识别参数进行修正液压挖掘机的工作要求,提出了一种基于转速转矩闭环协调控制的全局功率匹配控制方案,然后MATLAB/SIMULINK软件仿真结果表明基于负载识别的PID控制算法调控迅速快且超调量少,且满足控制要求,希望可以液压挖掘机的发展贡献一些思路.%Combined with the requirements modification of hydraulic excavator by load identification parameters, a full power matching scheme based on speed and torque closed loop and coordinated control is proposed. On the basis of single neuron PID control, the load identification parameters are corrected. Simulation analysis is carried out by using MATLAB/SIMULINK. The simulation results show that this method is fast and has little overshoot, which meets the control requirements, contributing some ideas for the development of hydraulic excavator.
