电子式电能表可靠性预计及验证分析

             

摘要

As the electronic equipments are more and more complex, the reliability for electronic equipments is required more obviously. Since the electronic electric-energy meter is more intricacy and is more easily affected by environmental factors than the inductive meter, the higher requirement of electronic electric-energy meter for reliability is proposed. The basic methods for reliability prediction is introduced by taking DTSF88 electronic electric-energy meter as an example. The component counting method and stress analysis method were adopted for reliability prediction. The results were verified by the actual data on the spot. Reliability prediction as a quantitative analytical tool provides a very useful way to estimate the reliability for electronic equipments.%随着电子设备复杂程度越来越高,电子设备的可靠性要求也越来越突出.由于影响电子式电能表不运行的因素比感应式电能表更多且更复杂,对电子式电能表的可靠性提出了更高的要求.在此以DTSF88型三相四线电子式复费率电能表为对象,介绍了电能表可靠性预计的基本方法.同时,分别采用元器件计数法和应力分析法对其进行可靠性预计,并用现场实用数据对预计结果进行了验证.可靠性预计作为一种可视化定量分析工具,为评价电子产品的可靠性提供了一种简单、实用、有效的途径.
