智能配电数字终端的设计与实现

         

摘要

由于电网的运行环境复杂恶劣,电网设备在硬件上对运行温度、湿度等有一系列要求,在技术上要求先进的配电自动化、高级配电运行功能( ADO).对此提出了一种智能电网配电终端的设计实现方法.它基于DL/T645为标准的多功能电能表通信协议,以Q/GDW_376.1-2009为标准的主站与终端通信协议,可将多个电能表,交流采样模块的采样值进行分析处理,记录相应的错误事件,支持实时上传,按需查询,以及动态任务配置.配电终端主控模块采用基于ARM的硬件平台和基于Linux操作系统的软件平台.硬件选择上能满足电网环境要求,软件也能保证技术上较好的支持.该终端不仅支持新的国家标准,而且兼容传统协议,符合现今传统电网向数字电网过渡的趋势,较好地满足了智能电网对数字化配电系统的要求.%Since the running environment of power grid is complex, the equipments in a power grid have a series of requirements on the temperature and humidity, and need advanced distribution operation (ADO) function and power distribution automation. A new method for design and implementation of digital terminal for intelligent power distribution is presented.It takes the DL/T645 as the standard for multifunction energy meter communication protocol, and Q/GDW376.1-2009 as the standard protocol for the communication between the main station and terminals. This terminal can analyze and handle the data gathered from energy meters and AC sampling module, record corresponding error event, and support real-time upload, on-demand query and dynamic task allocation. The terminal module adopts ARM-based hardware platform and the software platform based on embedded real-time operating system Linux. It can meet the demands of the hardware and software. This terminal supports the new national standard and is compatible with the traditional protocol. It is coincident with the trend of the transition from traditional grid to digital grid, and meets the requirements of the digital power distribution system in the smart grid.
