指针式仪表自动检定系统图像识别技术

     

摘要

将机器视觉技术应用到指针式仪表的检定系统中,可以改变传统的靠人工读数进行检定的方法,提高了指针式仪表检定的效率与精度.指针式仪表的识别与检定,关键就是通过指针示值的动态识别,来实现仪器仪表的读数和自动检定.针对指针式仪表示值的自动判读,提出了一种新的图像识别方法.该方法适合实际应用,检定精度高,准确性好.经实验数据证明,该识别方法简单、稳定且识别误差小.%The technology of machine vision is applied to the verification system of index meter, which can change the traditional manual reading verification method and improve the efficiency and precision of index meter. The recognition and verification of index meter are mainly to achieve reading and automatic verification through the dynamic recognition of the value. A new kind of image recognition method is proposed , which is suitable for practical applications, and has high accuracy and good verification. The experimental results show that the recognition method is simple, stable and has small recognition errors.
