航班信息一体化系统的设计与实现

摘要

The flight information management is a key technique in Air traffic management system. To satisfy the rapid growth of the flight flow, a flight information integration system is designed, in which the B/S and C/S are used. This system is consisted of flight plan, flow management, digital flight progress strip and so on, which has features of united management, standardized management and information sharing for the flight information.The procedures of several main modules are presented, and the result of the flow management is given. It indicates that the system can meet the need of air traffic management.%航班信息管理在空中交通管制系统中起着十分重要的作用.为满足民航飞行流量快速增长的需要,运用C/S和B/S等先进的信息和网络技术以及数据库开发技术,设计并实现了航班信息一体化系统.系统由航班计划、流量管理、电子进程单等若干模块组成,具有航班信息统一管理、规范化管理、信息共享等特点.给出了几个主要模块的实现流程图,并且以流量管理为例给出了实现效果图.结果表明,该系统可以很好地满足民航空管工作需要.
