基于施密特电路的温度控制器

摘要

热敏电阻式温度控制器是现代汽车较为常用的温控器,在教学过程中,发现教材中关于热敏电阻式温度控制器控制电路的组成、控制原理分析,存在着一些值得商榷的问题.为了弄清楚这些问题.采用单元等效电路分析方法,对温控器电路原理图及其控制原理进行了较为详尽的分析,并通过实际测试,证实其控制过程的正确性,希望能为高校学生、工程技术人员更好地理解和掌握温控器的控制原理提供参考.%Thermistor temperature controller is commonly used in modern automotive.Some problems about the composition and control principle analysis of thermistor temperature control circuit in teaching process are existed.In other to solve above problems, the schematic and control principle of temperature control circuit are analyzed with the analytical method of equivalent circuit.The correctness of the control process is verified through the actual test.
