一种应用于WLAN/WiMAX的新颖的三分枝单极天线

         

摘要

A design scheme of a novel multi-branch monopole antenna for WLAN/ WiMAX application is presented in the paper. The proposed antenna with 3-branch is compact with a total size of 26 mm× 24 mm× 1. 6 mm. A prototype is constructed and tested. The test results show good dual band operations with ∣S11∣≤ -10 dB impedance bandwidth of 4% and 62. 4% centered at 2. 47 GHz and 4. 825 GHz respectively, which cover both the WALN bands in 2. 4/5. 2/5. 8 GHz bands and the WiMAX 3. 5/5. 5 GHz bands. A new technique of using a slot in the ground plane has been employed to achieve the multiband performance of the antenna. The proposed antenna exhibits nearly omnidirectional radiation patterns for the bands.%提出了一种应用于WLAN/WiMAX的新颖的多分枝单极天线,天线有三个分枝,结构紧凑,其大小为26 mm×24 mm×1.6 mm,加工出了天线并进行测试,测试结果表明天线具有良好的双波段工作特性,| S11|≤-10 dB时对应中心频率2.47 GHz和4.825 GHz处带宽分别达4%和62.4%,覆盖WLAN的2.4/5.2/5.8 GHz频段及WiMAX的3.5/5.5 GHz频段,同时采用了接地板开槽技术以调整带宽,天线在上述频段有近似于全向辐射方向图.
