基于WebAccess的虚拟电机实验室研究与实现

         

摘要

为了解决当前高职院校实验教学中存在的如设备短缺和落后等现实问题,创新性地提出基于网际组态软件WebAccess和西门子S7-300 PLC的方法,构建一个完全基于网络运行且虚实结合的虚拟电机实验室,并详细阐述了系统运行平台搭建、软硬件组态、通信组态和远程运行监控页面的制作方法和步骤.实践证明,能有效解决实验教学中存在的问题,提高教学效果.%In order to solve the problems of the shortage and the outdatedness of the equipment existing in the current experimental teaching of the vocational colleges, an innovative virtual motor laboratory with the combination of virtual and reality is proposed based on WebAccess configuration software and Siemens S7-300 PLC. The methods and the procedures of the construction of the system operation platform, the hardware and software configuration, communication configuration and the production of remote operation and monitoring pages are demonstrated in detail. The practice proves that the problems in the experimental teaching is effectively solved, and the teaching effects is improved.
