基于PLC和Java技术的电蓄热监控系统设计

摘要

介绍了以PLC为主控制器的电蓄热监控系统的设计.给出了系统的硬件组成结构、款件构成体系；系统借助Java串行通信协议宏功能实现温度数据的实时采集,并采用MySQL数据库管理整个电蓄热监控系统的工况运行记录.实践应用表明,系统的软硬件设计具有可靠性高和方便工程实施的优点.%A design scheme of electric thermal storage monitoring system with PLC as the central controller was proposed in the paper. The hardware structure of the system and the software architecture of the system were given as well. Based on macroscopic function of protocol used in Java serial communication, the system realized real-time temperature data collection. MySQL database was adopted for operating condition record management of the entire electric thermal storage monitoring system. Practical applications indicate that the design scheme of the hardware and software of the system has the advantages of high reliability and ease of implementation in engineering applications.
