继电器测试设备的研究与应用

     

摘要

为解决继电器没有完备成熟的检测装置问题,提出了基于功能集成和模块化的测试设备,利用现代计算机、通信和控制技术,通过对现有继电器检测项目组合优化,检测方法持续改进,借助后台管理软件设定测试参数以及各功能模块之间的有机配合,满足继电器各种性能参数测试的需求.经近几个月国网智能电能表继电器测试,以及华北电科院继电器性能参数测试验证,该设备较好地解决了继电器测试难问题.目前国家电科院以及多省电力公司正在使用该装置进行继电器性能测试以及抽样国网电能表的继电器检测.%A relay test equipment based on functional integration and modularization is proposed to solve the problem that the existing relay test equipments are not mature. The equipment which utilizes the modern computer, communication and control technologies to optimize the existing relay test items meets the testing requirements of relay performance parameters by the aid of the back-stage management software which is applied to setting the cooperation relationship between testing parameters and each functional modules. The testing of relays in smart meters used in the state power grid and the testing certification of relay performance parameters implemented by North China Power Research Institute indicate that the device solves the problem of the relay test preferably. The device has been used by EPRI and some provincial power companies for relay performance testing.
