给出了一种W波段圆波导TE01模式激励器的设计过程,该激励器由TE□10→TE□20模式变换器和TE□20→TE01模式变换器组成。通过垂直激励的方式使信号穿过标准波导和过模波导来实现TE□10→TE□20的转换,并根据TE□20模式、TE01模式的场分布特性,引入了一个特殊的波导结构有效地实现了TE□20→TE01的转换。模拟结果表明设计的激励器的转换效率在97%以上的带宽可以达到4.8 GHz,其中在93.6 GHz处的最大转换效率为98.68%,纯度为98.94%。设计的激励器结构简单,造价便宜,转换效率高,频带宽等。该模式激励器可应用于高功率微波器件的低功率测试中。%In this paper,the design process of W-band circular TE01 mode transducer composed of a TE□10→TE□20 mode converter and a TE□20→TE01 mode converter is given. The TE□10→TE□20 conversion is realized by vertical excitation which makes signals cross the electric fields of standard waveguide and overmoded waveguide. The TE□20→TE01 transformation is im-plemented by introducing a special waveguide structure according to the field distribution features of rectangular TE20 mode and cir-cular waveguide TE01 mode. The simulation results obtained from the HFSS show that the conversion efficiency can reach 4.8 GHz at the bandwidth beyond 97%,in which the maximum conversion efficiency of the exciter is 98.68% at 93.7 GHz with purity of 98.94%. The transducer has high conversion efficiency,simple structure,and easy to fabricate. The design of this mode trans-ducer can be applied to the low-power test for the high-power microwave devices.
