Altera公司的Nios嵌入式软核处理器以其成本低廉,设计灵活等特点,在嵌入式应用领域得到了广泛的应用,同时LCD也越来越多地在各种仪器仪表和测控系统中作为人机界面和显示模块。论述利用SOPC技术实现了一种基于Nios嵌入式软核处理器的液晶显示屏的软、硬件设计方案,并给出了对该液晶屏进行控制的硬件接口电路、软件编写流程以及相应程序。%Nios embedded soft core processor of Altera has been widely used in embedded applications area because of its low cost,flexible design,at the same time LCD is also more and more used in a variety of instrumentation and control system as a human machine interface and display modules. the software and hardware design of LCD screen based on Nios embedded soft core processor with SOPC technique is discussed,and the hardware interface circuit and software program processes and other corresponding routine for the LCD screen is proposed.
