基于Matlab的有色溶液浓度测试研究

         

摘要

According the principle that solution color value is proportional to its concentration,the blue CuSO4 solution de⁃tection was studied. By image information acquisition of colour solution sample,the relation of the image RGB and its solution concentration was analyzed after the image processing by Matlab 6.5. The expriment analysis shows their related coefficient is 0.992 54 and its detection error is ±5%. The results demonstrate the feasibility of the image analysis method for color solution concentration detection.%  以蓝色硫酸铜溶液为研究对象,根据溶液中有色物质颜色值与其浓度成正比的原理,通过采集有色溶液样液的图像信息,采用Matlab图像处理后分析图像RGB值与其对应硫酸铜溶液浓度之间的关系。通过实验分析,二者的相关系数R=0.99254,测量误差约为±5%,结果证明利用图像分析法测试有色溶液浓度的可行性。
