一种双余度飞控计算机自动测试系统的软硬件设计

     

摘要

随着测试设备对性能要求的不断提高,PXI测试技术平台应运而生,并将其应用于机载计算机ATE设备软、硬系统结构设计,模拟、离散及数字通讯接口设计以及测试设备自身计量校准设计等,并为机载计算机设备及类似测试设备提供优良的系统设计方案,其采用模块化、标准化思想,通用性和推广性极强。介绍了双余度飞控计算机自动测试设备的设计,分别对自动测试设备的组成、技术指标以及软件和硬件设计进行介绍,对双余度飞控计算机模拟量、离散量、ARINC429、RS232等性能指标进行测试。该设备测试精度高,运行稳定可靠,具备设备自检能力,具有一定实用性和推广价值。%Along with the continuous raising of performance requirement for the test equipment,the PXI test technique plat-form emerge with the tide of the times,and is applied to the structure design of airborne computer ATE software and hardware system,as well as the design of simulation,discrete and digital communication interface,and calibration of the test equipment. The perfect system design project was provided for the airborne computers and similar test equipments. It has very strong univer-sality and generalization due to its modularization and standardization. The design of the automatic test system for dual-redundan-cy FLCC is introduced. The composition,technique index,software design and hardware design of the automatic test equipment are described. The emulation quantity,discrete quantity,ARINC429 and RS232 of the dual-redundancy FLCC were tested with the system. Its test accuracy is high. It has stable and reliable operation.
