压电驱动器电压及其频率对驱动速度的影响

         

摘要

为探究压电陶瓷驱动器电压及其频率与驱动速度的关系,利用压电陶瓷的应力应变关系导出了位移的二阶微分方程。通过解该微分方程,得到了基于输入电压的压电陶瓷驱动器位移和速度的解析表示。利用压电陶瓷驱动器速度的解析表示,证明了对任何给定的时间,压电驱动器的速度与输入电压的幅值成线性关系;频率与驱动器速度的关系是一条幅值不断变化的连续余弦曲线,随着给定时间的增大,曲线的峰点逐步远离纵坐标轴,余弦曲线的频率也逐步增大。%In order to research into the problem about the influence of driving voltage and frequency of piezoelectric actua-tor on driving speed,the stress-strain relationship for piezoelectric ceramics is utilized to derive the second-order difference equation about displacement. By resolving the difference equation,the analytic expressions about displacement and speed of piezoelectric actuator are obtained as functions of input voltage. The analytic expression about speed of piezoelectric actuator shows that for any given time the speed of piezoelectric actuator is directly proportional to the amplitude of input voltage,and the relationship between frequency and the speed of piezoelectric actuator can be described as a consecutive cosine curve with variable amplitude,whose peak will keep away from longitudinal coordinate axis and whose frequency will increase gradually with the increase of given time.
