基于AHP的软件开发项目团队知识共享过程有效性评估

摘要

The effectiveness assessment of knowledge sharing in software development project team is an important safe-guard to decide innovation performance. There are many ways to assess the effectiveness related to knowledge sharingin a team. Based on the outcome indicators and the procedural characteristics of knowledge sharing in a project team,the indicators of ef-fectiveness assessment are put forward in this paper to remedy the knowledge sharing insufficiency existing in development of some modern software enterprises. The effectiveness of knowledge sharing in software development project team is assessed by analytic hierarchy process(AHP). Some useful tips were summarized and a certain basis was provided for a more effective stimu-lation to team management.%软件开发项目团队知识共享有效性评估是取得创新绩效的重要保障，有关团队知识共享有效性的评价方法多样。这里针对现代软件企业发展中存在知识共享不充分问题，在以往结果型共享有效性指标的构建基础上，针对知识共享的过程性特征及软件开发团队的特殊性，提出基于知识共享过程的有效性评价指标，并运用层次分析法（AHP）对软件开发项目团队过程的有效性进行评价，为软件开发项目团队管理实践的有效激励提供一定的依据。
