基于双闭环控制的食盐自动装箱机控制系统设计

摘要

A double closed-loop control system for salt automatic encasing machine was designed based on PLC,which mainly aimed at the problem of low automation degree and control precision for the available salt encasing machine. The tech-nology process,I/O assignment and wiring of the system are introduced in this paper. The control system was designed by analy-sis of the control process. The automation of the control progress was realized in the system. The stability and reliability of the system were improved.%针对目前食盐装箱系统中自动化程度低、控制精度低等问题，设计了一套基于PLC的双闭环自动装箱机控制系统。在此详细介绍了系统的工艺流程，系统阐述了控制系统的I/O分配与接线，分析了控制流程，完成了控制系统的设计。该控制系统实现了控制过程的自动化，提高了系统的稳定性与可靠性。
