微放电检测方法分析

The effects of multipaction is analyzed. The importance of the detection for multipaction is pointed out. On the basis of consulting the relative documents and data both at home and aboard,the available detection methods for multipaction are summarized and analyzed. The advantages,disadvantages and application range of each detection method are described in combination with the engineering practice.
