TL431中基准补偿电路

         

摘要

In the TL431 circuit with bipolar technology,in order to improve the stability and accuracy of the output refer-ence voltage of the TL431 circuit,the temperature compensation and accuracy compensation of the bandgap reference source are carried out with the exponential curvature and secondary-order nonlinear compensation obtained by adjusting the resistance,and accuracy compensation by weighted resistance correction network based on traditional bandgap reference circuit. The adjusted temperature coefficient of 24.77ppm/℃ was obtained by circuit simulation. The paramter test of the chip whose accuracy refer-ence circuit was adjusted was executed. The analysis indicates that the yield exceeds 96% in the accuracy range of ±0.5%. This compensating bandgap reference circuit in TL431 can get the design index of low temperature coefficient and high accuracy.%在TL431双极性工艺的电路中,为了提高该器件输出基准电压的稳定性和精准性,在传统带隙基准电路的基础上,通过采用调节电阻值获得指数曲率、二阶非线性补偿方法和加权电阻修正网络对精度的补偿方法,对基准源进行温度补偿和精准度补偿。通过对电路模拟仿真,计算出调整后的温度系数为24.77 ppm/℃,然后对调整精度基准电路后的芯片进行实际参数测试试验。分析得出在精度为±0.5%的情况下,良品率达到96%。因此得出,该TL431中基准补偿电路能够获得低温度系数和高精度的设计指标。
