基于虚拟仪器的风机远程监测系统

     

摘要

At present,the remote monitoring products are mainly applied to the large compressors and key equipments of electric power plants,but rarely employed in accessory equipments such as large fans becouse of high cost of the products. In view of the status quo,proceeding from the viewpoint of overall safety and economy,a new idea to build a lower-cost remote system for monitoring the safe operation and working conditions of fans is proposed in combination with virtual instrumentation technology,testing technology and database technology. The establishment of the system hardware was completed,and a set of software for the remote monitoring system of fans was developed. The automatic acquisition,automatic storage,real-time display of recording curves,enquiry of historical records in terms of time or working condition and remote monitoring of the fan’s safe operation and working condition parameters were implemented. The system has perfect generality and expandability. The system can be employed in different application occasions by means of extra configuration.%目前远程监控软硬件产品由于成本原因主要应用于大中型离心压缩机及电厂关键设备,而在这些设备之外的辅助设备(如大机号风机等)中的应用还很少,关键技术尚未公开。在此针对这种现状,从设备整体安全和经济性的角度出发,结合虚拟仪器技术、测试技术、数据库技术等技术,提出以较低成本构建风机安全运行状态和运行工况状态远程监测系统的新思路,完成了系统的硬件构建,开发了一套风机远程监测系统软件。该系统实现了对风机安全运行和运行工况状态参数的自动采集、自动存储、记录曲线的实时显示、历史记录按时间或工况的查询以及远程监测。该系统还具有良好的通用性和扩展性,通过配置可用于不同的应用场合。
