基于Web的高校档案管理系统设计

摘要

The development of college archives management system can promote the management concept,methods and technical changes of college archives,and improve the service efficiency of the archives information resources availably,which provides the more efficient information services for office work,teaching,scientific research and daily management work of the school. The design and implementation method of Web-based college archives management system are described. Based on B/S architecture,the data are managed and stored by using using MySQL database and J2EE development platform. Compared with the previous management modes,this system has better security,more efficiency,and can save plenty of manpower and material resources.%高校档案管理系统开发能够促进高校档案管理理念、方法、技术的变革,有效提高档案信息资源的使用效率,为学校的办公、教学、科研、日常管理工作提供更高效的信息服务.描述了基于Web的高校档案管理系统的设计实现方法,基于B/S架构,采用J2EE开发平台,并利用MySQL数据库进行数据的管理和存储.与以往的管理方式相比,该系统安全性更好,效率更高,节省了大量的人力和物力.
