集中抄表终端通道检测装置的研制

摘要

设计了一种低压集中抄表终端通道检测装置.终端出厂前,使用该装置对集中抄表终端的GPRS通道、以太网通道、载波通道、485通道、串口通道及状态量等通道进行集成检测.重点说明了集中抄表终端通道检测装置的系统构成、硬件实现及软件实现等.经过反复测试证明,该装置对集中抄表终端通道检测速度快,准确性高,保证了集中抄表终端出厂的硬件通道正确性.%A detection device of a low-voltage centralized meter reading terminal channel was designed. This detection de-vice is used to check the GPRS channel,net channel and carrier channel,RS485 channel,RS232 channel and switch status channel of the meter reading terminal before they leave the factory. The system structure,hardware design and software design of the detection device for centralized meter reading terminal channel are described emphatically. The repeated tests prove that the detection device has fast detecting speed and high accuracy for checking meter reading terminal,which ensures the correct-ness of hardware channel of the centralized meter read terminal before leaving the factory.
