基于可靠度计算的飞机发电机健康状态评估

         

摘要

In order to evaluate the health condition for aircraft generator,a method to achieve quantitative assessment of the health status by calculating its reliability is put forward. In this method,the fault data is taken as fixed time censoring sam⁃ple to make moment estimation for Weibull distribution parameters,and the Weibull reliability calculation model is established to characterize fault law of the aircraft generator. The engineering application effect shows that Weibull distribution is suitable for characterizing the fault law of aircraft generator,and the evaluation method of health condition is feasible,effective and easy to implement.%为对飞机发电机健康状态进行评估,以故障数据为定时截尾样本,对威布尔分布参数进行矩估计,建立能够表征发电机故障规律的威布尔可靠度计算模型,提出了通过计算可靠度以定量评估健康状态的方法。工程应用表明,威布尔分布可较好地表征飞机发电机的故障规律,健康状态评估方法易于实现,且可行、有效。
