联合射频多义性路径识别系统的高速公路逃费综合应对策略

摘要

高速公路联网一次性收费在为出行者提供极大便利的同时也给逃费、作弊车辆提供方便。逃费、作弊已经使高速公路运营、投资方蒙受巨大损失。射频多义性路径识别系统在具有全天时/全天候工作、抗干扰能力强等一系列优点的同时，能够准确获取车辆在路网内的行驶信息。结合收费系统的主要漏洞，首先对当前高速公路网内存在的逃费方式进行深入分析，在此基础上，结合射频多义性路径识别数据，给出高速公路整体防逃费整体实施方案。该方案在充分利用已有硬件资源的前提上，可覆盖当前路网内的主要逃费方式。%Highway⁃net toll collection system not only provides a great convenience for the travelers,but also offers an op⁃portunity for toll defraud which has brought tremendous economic loss to the investors of expressways. RF polysemy path identifi⁃cation system which has the advantages of all weather,all time and strong anti⁃interference capability can obtain accurately the running information of each vehicle driving in highway network. The toll defraud modes existing in expressway nets is analyzed deeply in combination with main bugs of the current toll collection systems. On this basis,an overall anti⁃defraud strategy for the highway toll collection systems is proposed according to route information collected by such a RFID based system. This strate⁃gy can cover almost all of toll defraud ways on the premise of making full use of existing hardware resources.
