基于LabVIEW的动态水分吸附测控系统的设计

         

摘要

The moisture adsorption isotherm of food is an important index to understand the physical property of the food, which is always paid extensive attention by the domestic and foreign scholars. In order to test and evaluate the adsorption proper⁃ty quickly , easily and accurately the moisture adsorption isotherm control and monitoring system suiting for the food was developed according to the characteristics of food moisture adsorption analysis,combining with modular hardware equipments, and taking LabVIEW as the software development platform. The system can automatically control the temperature and humidity around the sample,and record the sample quality and relevant parameters online,which can provide the original data for study⁃ing the adsorption isotherm. The experimental results show that the system can work normally,its temperature error is less than 0.5℃,its relative humidity error is less than 2%,its data acquisition accuracy is high,and its communication is stable. The ex⁃pected target was achieved.%食品的水分吸附等温线作为了解食品物理性质的重要指标,一直以来受到国内外学者的广泛关注。为了快速、简便、准确地对吸附性能进行测试与评价,针对食品水分吸附分析的特点,结合模块化的硬件设备,并以LabVIEW为软件开发平台,开发了适用于食品水分等温吸附调控和监视系统。该系统能自动控制样品周围温湿度并在线记录样品质量等相关参数,为吸附等温线的研究提供原始数据。实验结果表明,系统工作正常,温度误差小于0.5℃,相对湿度误差小于2%,数据采集准确,通信稳定,达到了预期的目标。
