科研单位的仪器设备具有价值高、使用频率高、流动性大等特点,设备在流转过程中常因为科研人员活跃的思维变的难以控制,从而导致设备寻找困难。通过RFID技术实现对设备流转信息的采集并可视化是解决上述问题的一种行之有效的方法。该文介绍RFID数据采集的过程,并将数据可视化过程分为四个阶段:数据预处理、模型建立、绘制、显示。数据预处理阶段提出一种RFID冗余数据过滤方法;模型建立阶段建立了设备流转过程数学模型,该模型用以判别设备出入问题;绘制阶段提出对设备当前位置信息标识和历史路径轨迹的绘制方法;显示阶段则通过计算机图形技术实时显示设备在试验室的当前位置。目前,该方法在某科研单位的设备管理系统中得到有效应用。%The apparatus of scientific research institutions has the characteristics of high value,high use frequency,large mobility,etc. It is difficult to control the location of equipments in transfer process due to the active thinking of the researchers, so the equipment is difficult to find. It’s an effective method to solve the above problems by means of RFID technology to collect and visualize the equipment transfer information. The collection process of RFID data is described. The data visualization pro⁃cess is divided into four stages of data preprocessing,modeling,drawing and display. A RFID redundant data filtering method is proposed in data preprocessing stage. The mathematical model of equipment transfer information is established in modeling stage to determine the coming in and going out issues of equipments. The drawing method of equipments’current location infor⁃mation and historical path trace is proposed in drawing stage. The current location of the equipments in the laboratory is dis⁃played in real time by means of computer graphics technology in display stage. Currently,the method is effectively used in the equipment management system of a research institute.
