For the ruleless order arrangement and low sorting efficiency of the automatic cigarette sorting system,an automatic sorting control algorithm based on the thought of"virtual container"is proposed. The ordered"virtual area"and"virtual wireframe"are established to construct the smoke time matrix based on time. The actual orders of Zhengzhou Tobacco Company are ac-quired with LabVIEW 2014 platform for simulation. The simulation results show that the virtual container algorithm can improve the efficiency and accuracy of order sorting effectively,and realize the intelligent control of the cigarette sorting system.%针对卷烟自动分拣系统中订单排列无规律,分拣效率低的现状,提出基于"虚拟容器"思想的自动分拣控制算法,通过建立有序排列的"虚拟区域"和"虚拟线框",以时间为依据建立打烟时间矩阵,并在LabVIEW 2014平台调取郑州市烟草公司实际订单进行仿真,仿真结果表明,虚拟容器算法可以有效地提高订单分拣的效率和准确性,并实现卷烟分拣系统的智能化控制.
