基于图像处理的输电线路冰区发展趋势估计方法

     

摘要

输电线路的冰灾区域发展趋势的有效预测能提高线路的状态监测和故障排查能力,提出基于图像处理的输电线路冰区发展趋势估计方法.采用遥感图像采集技术进行输电线路遥感信息采集,对采集的输电线路遥感图像进行图像降噪处理,并对降噪输出的输电线遥感监测图像进行冰区域分块处理,结合图像分割方法进行冰区域预测和块估计,实现输电线路冰区发展趋势估计.实验结果表明,采用该方法进行输电线路冰区发展趋势估计判断准确性较高,监测的实时性较好.%The effective prediction of the icing region development trend of the transmission line can improve the condition monitoring and fault checking capability of the transmission line. An image processing based estimation method for icing region development trend of transmission line is proposed. The remote sensing image acquisition technology is utilized to acquire the re-mote sensing information of the transmission line,then the acquired remote sensing image of the transmission line is denoised, and the icing region block processing is performed for the denoised remote sensing monitoring image of the transmission line. The image segmentation method is combined to carry out the icing region prediction and block estimation to realize the icing re-gion development trend estimation. The experimental results show that the method used to estimate the icing region development trend of the transmission line has high accuracy and perfect real-time monitoring performance.
