基于约束尺寸混合驱动的虚拟数控机床技术研究

         

摘要

在数字虚拟机床模型的基础上,提出了一种遵循机床部件运行主从关系及约束关系的新型机床设计方法.此种机床采用矩阵组建数字化处理技术对机床主从部件的工作位次进行矩阵变换,按照最佳循环驱动组件进入工作状态.此外,在机床加工制造过程中,引入了最新的WAVE切割技术,实现刀具和各机床部件之间的无缝链接,同时实现精密切割工作,减少工件材料损耗.此外,还内置了完整的数字化机床控制系统,管理整体叶轮工件和叶片电解加工流程,实现高精尖的五坐标定点数控加工模型.模拟、预设完整加工流程,从而实现高度的工作自检和自动化编程系统,大幅提升现有的机床工作效率和自动化程度,且降低流程出错率和加工次品率.%A new machine tool design method following master-slave relation and constraint relation of machine tool assembly is proposed.The matrix form digitization processing technology is used in the machine tool to perform the matrix transformation for the working precedence of the machine tool's master-slave assemblies,and drive the assemblies into the working state in accordance with the best cycle.In the process of machine tool manufacturing,the WAVE cutting technology is introduced to realize the seamless linking between the cutter and each assembly of machine tool,and precision cutting,so as to reduce the loss of workpiece material.The whole digital control machine tool system is built in to manage the integral impeller workpiece and impeller electrolytic machining process,and realize the numerical control (NC) machining model with five-coordinate fixed points.The whole process flow is simulated and preset to realize the high-efficient work self-checking and automatic processing programming system,improve the working efficiency and automation degree of machine tool greatly,and reduce the flow error rate and process defective rate.
