基于支持向量机的输变电工程造价预测模型研究

     

摘要

针对影响输变电工程造价的因素较多,且各个因素之间相互联系,形成一个相互交叠的网络,从而导致造价预测难度较大,精度较低的问题.建立基于支持向量机的输变电工程造价预测模型,其以输变电工程造价影响因素为输入自变量,预测造价为输出值,通过支持向量机求解回归方程,并通过交叉验证来确定模型的相关参数,从而确定输变电工程造价预测模型,进而通过模型来预测输变电工程造价.最后通过样本数据来对模型进行训练,并对模型进行验证,证明了模型的准确性.%There exist many inter-relational factors influencing the cost of power transmission and distribution project which form into an overlapping network. As a result,it results in big cost prediction difficulty and low forecasting precision. A predica-tion model of power transmission and distribution project cost based on support vector machine is constructed. The regression equation is solved by the support vector machine with the influencing factors of power transmission and distribution project cost as the input independent variable and the predicted cost as the output value. Relevant parameters of the model are determined by means of cross validation so as to determine the prediction model of power transmission and transformation project cost. The model is trained by sample data,and the accuracy of the model is demonstrated by the model verification.
