Because of the influence of market and systematic factors ,the phenomenon of labor market segmentation is prevalent in the northeast area of China ,which causes many employment barriers to students of higher vocational education. However,the vocational education should be oriented to the market,so as vocational education practitioners,we must study and analyze the features of local labor market,actively respond to the segmentation to increase the interaction between school and the market,and develop the graduates’ occupation ability and social adaptability on the basis of the educational perspective by means of setting up the market awareness and curriculum reform,thus help them get employed successfully.%由于市场及体制因素的影响，我国东北地区的劳动力市场存在普遍的分割现象，使得高职学生就业面对诸多障碍。而高职教育是直面市场的教育，作为教育的实践者，我们要分析和研究当地劳动力市场的特点，积极应对劳动力市场分割现象，从教育自身角度出发，通过树立市场意识、改革课程体系、加强职业生涯规划教育等手段，增加学校与市场间的互动，提升学生的职业能力和社会适应性，帮助学生顺利就业。
