基于新生代农民工城市适应主体性障碍的质变学习

     

摘要

质变学习是指个体需要通过某种方式和途径检视、质疑和修正原有的世界观、人生观和价值观,以适应新情境,学习新经验。质变学习适用新生代农民工逐步消除城市适应的主体性障碍。城市性是一种生活方式,城市化意味着从农村生活方式向城市生活方式发展和质变的过程。新生代农民工的城市适应实质上就是接受城市生活结构、社会行动影响并自我调整的过程。新生代农民工采用质变学习策略,运用已有经验,开展批判性反思,探究自身城市生活困境,由“他为”变为“自为”地进行意义构建,促进新生代农民工的社会角色转变。%  Transformative learning means individual needs to examine, question and amend the original outlook on life, the world, and values through a certain way so as to adapt to new situations and acquire new experience. Transformative learning applies to the new generation of migrant workers' gradual elimination of the subjective obstacles in urban adaptation. Urbanism is a kind of life style and urbanization means the process of development and transformation from rural life style to urban life style. Urban adaptation of the new generation of migrant workers means the process of their acceptance of and self-adjustment to the urban life structure and social action effect. In order to promote the changes of their social roles, it is suggested that the new generation of migrant workers use transformative learning strategies and existed experiences, carry out critical reflection, explore their own urban life predicament and construct meaning by themselves rather than by others.
