疏肝明目饮联合复明片对青光眼术后视野疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察疏肝明目饮联合复明片对青光眼术后视野疗效观察，探讨药物对青光眼术后患者视神经的保护作用。方法将40例（72眼）符合入选标准的抗青光术后患者随机分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组予疏肝明目饮及复明片口服半年，对照组予维生素B1，甲钴胺片口服，观察治疗前后两组视野的临床改变。结果治疗组的MS 17.25±2.30 MD 13.55±2.75，对照组的MS 17.80±2.85 MD 14.15±1.48差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论疏肝明目饮联合复明片对青光眼术后视野恢复有着积极的意义。%Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shuganmingmu decoction and Fuming tablet on the visual field in the patients with glaucoma after trabeculectomy and to research the protec-tion of the optic nerve for the patients. Methods 39 cases(72 eyes) of patients with glaucoma af-ter trabeculectomy who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was assigned to receive Shuganmingmu decoction and Fuming tablet half a year, while the control group was cured with vitamin B1 tablets and methycobal, ob-serving the change about the visual field between the two groups. Results Post-treatment, MS and MD of the treatment group were 17.25 ±2.30 and 13.55 ±2.75, while the MS and MD of the control group were 17.80±2.85 and 14.15±1.48, and there was significant difference in two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Shuganmingmu decoction and Fuming tablet play a positive role on the vi-sual field in patients with glaucoma after trabeculectomy.
