rh TNFR:Fc治疗强直性脊柱炎患者不良反应的观察及护理

摘要

目的 观察强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis,AS)患者使用重组人Ⅱ型肿瘤坏死因子受体—抗体融合蛋白(rh TNFR:Fc)治疗过程中发生的不良反应,并探讨相应的护理方法.方法 对86例AS患者采用rh TNFR:Fc治疗,每周50 mg皮下注射,疗程12周.在注射过程中和注射后30 min观察患者不良反应发生情况,并在患者复诊时了解患者发生的不良反应和肝功能情况.结果 本组86例患者中共有51例(59.3％)患者发生各种不良反应,经有效护理及对症治疗后症状消失,无严重感染和严重不良事件发生.结论 积极加强用药过程中不良反应的预防和处理.采取正确有效的护理措施,对预防或改善rh TNFR:Fc不良反应的发生具有积极的意义.%Objective To observe the adverse reactions of a recamhinant human tumor necrosis factor-Fc fusion protein (rh TNFR;Fc) used to treat ankylosing spondylitis and propose nursing strategies.Methods 86 patients with ankylosing spondylitis were treated with by subcutaneous injection of rh TNFR; Fc 50mg per week for 12 weeks.All patients were followed up during and after injection by a questionnaire to investigate the adverse reactions.Result For all the 86 patients,51 (59.3%) presented symptoms of adverse reactions,which vanished by symptomatic treatments without severe infection and bad occurrence.Conclusion Enhanced prevention and treatment of adverse reactions of rh TNFR: Fc and pertinent nursing strategies are good for preventing occurrences of adverse reactions.
