目的 探讨农村癌症患者希望水平及其影响因素.方法 采用Herth希望量表及社会支持量表对98例临床分期为Ⅱ～Ⅲ期的农村癌症患者进行问卷调查.了解患者希望水平及其影响因素.结果 农村癌症患者希望水平得分为( 33.39±3.99)分,处于中等水平,其中6.12％的患者希望状况处于低水平,21.43％的患者处于中等水平,72.45％的患者处于高水平;患者社会支持水平低于正常人群；患者希望水平与社会支持、每日活动时间呈正相关,与患病时间呈负相关.结论 农村癌症患者希望水平处于中高水平,社会支持低于正常人群,其中社会支持、每日活动时间及患病时间是患者希望水平的影响因素.%Objective To explore the status of hope of cancer patients in rural areas and analyze its influencing factors. Method 98 rural cancer patients in cancer stage Ⅱ-Ⅲ were investigated by filling out the demographic form, Herth hope scale and social support scale. Results The score of hope in rural cancer patients was(33.39 ±3.99). Among these patients, 6.12% patients' hope was at low level, 21.43% at middle level, 72.45% at high level. By Person correlation analysis, the level of hope was significantly positively correlated to the total score of social support and its three components. The status of hope was significantly positively correlated to different durations for daily activities and social support status, and negatively correlated to the disease duration. Conclusions The hopes of rural cancer patients are in middle level. But their social support is lower than that of the normal people. Different durations for daily activities, social support and the disease duration are its influencing factors.
