不同加工方法对丹参中丹酚酸B和醇溶性浸出物的影响

     

摘要

Objective:To improve and control the quality of Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix and increase the content of salvianolic acid B and alcohol soluble extract in Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae.Methods:Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae samples were treated by drying in the shade, sun drying, stoving, fresh cutting and sweating.Salvianolic acid B was determined by HPLC and alcohol-soluble extract was determined by hot-dip method.The effects of different processing methods on salvianolic acid B and alcohol-soluble extracts were investigated.Results:The content of Salvianolic acid B and alcohol-soluble extract were varied in different processing methods, and the content of salvianolic acid B was the lowest in salvianolic acid B after washing, drying and sweating at 40 ℃ and drying at 60 ℃.The content of alcohol-soluble extracts was the highest in fresh cutting at 40 ℃ after washing and the lowest at 100 ℃ after washing.Compared with air drying, sweating and sun drying, salvianolic acid B content in Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae treated by washing drying method increased 4.7 times, and alcohol soluble extract content treated by fresh cutting at 40 ℃ after washing increased by 3 times.Conclusion:This method has good reproducibility and high precision.It can be used to control the content of salvianolic acid B and alcohol-soluble extract of Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae and improve the quality.%目的:更好地控制丹参药材的质量, 提高丹参药材中丹酚酸B和醇溶性浸出物含量.方法:采用阴干、晒干、烘干、鲜切、发汗法加工处理丹参药材, 用HPLC测定丹酚酸B, 热浸法测定醇溶性浸出物, 考察不同加工方法对丹参中丹酚酸B和醇溶性浸出物的影响.结果:不同加工方法的丹酚酸B和醇溶性浸出物的含量差异较大, 丹酚酸B含量以丹参洗后晒干最高;40℃烘发汗后60℃烘干最低;醇溶性浸出物含量以洗后鲜切40℃烘干最高;洗后100℃烘干最低.相对于晾晒、发汗、晒干法, 洗后晒干法处理的丹参中丹酚酸B含量升高4.7倍, 洗后鲜切40℃烘干法处理的丹参中醇溶性浸出物含量升高3倍.结论:该方法重复性好、精密度高, 可用于控制丹参药材的丹酚酸B和醇溶性浸出物含量, 提高丹参药材质量.
