Objective:To select and breed elite variety of Dendrobium officinale on the basis of previous research work,thus to promote the healthy developing of D.officinale industry.Methods:Hybridization,mutagenesis,screening etc.was employed for the breeding of high yeild and high quality,new variety developed D.officinale.Results:The adaptability and strong resistance,Dendrobium new varieties of high yield "Xianhu 3 ".Compared with the control variety "Xinhei","Xianhu 1","Xianhu 3 " fresh stem leaf,stem yield and extract content were significantly higher than that of CK.SSR molecular marker analysis showed that "Xianhu 3 " and other species of Dendrobium (lines) have obvious genetic differences.Conclusion:"Xianhu 3 " was a new elite variety of Dendrobium varieties with the following of "Xianhu 2 ".Its breeding provided direction and basis for D.officinale reasonable development and utilization and protection.%目的:在以往研究工作基础上,选育出铁皮石斛优良品种,促进铁皮石斛产业健康发展.方法:通过杂交、诱变、筛选等方法,选育出高产、优质的铁皮石斛新品种.结果:获得了适应性及抗逆性强、产量高的铁皮石斛新品种"仙斛3号".与对照品种"新黑"、"仙斛1号"比较,"仙斛3号"新鲜茎叶、茎产量以及浸出物含量均显著高于对照品种.SSR分子标记分析表明"仙斛3号"与石斛属其他品种(系)存在明显遗传差异.结论:"仙斛3号"是继"仙斛2号"之后又一个铁皮石斛新品种,为铁皮石斛的合理开发利用与保护提供方向与依据.
