用于高速成像的紧凑式像增强器门控脉冲发生器

         

摘要

A compact gate pulse generator for image intensifying gate is described.The pulse generator comprises of a 5 V digital logic circuit,multiple low voltage and high voltage MOSFETs.A three stage driving circuit with 8 channels is adopted to improve the perform-ance and driving ability of the MOSFETs.The generation of first stage driving signal is con-trolled by an input trigger signal.The first stage driving signal then passes through the sec-ond stage and is transformed into the second stage high voltage driving signal,which has a high output peak current,a short rise time and fall time.The third stage is the output stage, which generates a fast bipolar pulse signal.The power supply of the pulse generator is 1 2 V. The output voltage of the pulse generator is between 50 V and -200 V.The minimal pulse repetition rate is about 3.3 MHz.The rise time and fall time are both 1.5 ns.Internal delay of the pulse generator is 50 ns,and the input jitter is less than 0.2 ns.The pulse generator has a dimension of 86 mm×43 mm×23 mm.%利用5 V 数字逻辑电路、多种高低压高速金属氧化物半导体场效应晶体管(MOSFET)及8路3级驱动电路,逐步提升 MOSFET管的能力。利用输入触发信号控制产生具有一定时序关系的8路初级驱动信号,再经过次级驱动电路,提升为8路中高压驱动信号,加速输出级开关,产生高性能的双极性门控信号。该门控脉冲发生器工作电源电压为12 V,输出电压为50~-200 V,输出脉冲前后沿均为1.5 ns,输出信号的脉冲宽度由输入信号控制调节,可在最小输出脉冲宽度3 ns 至直流信号之间变化。脉冲工作时,最大重频为3.3 MHz,固有延迟为50 ns,触发晃动小于0.2 ns,体积为86 mm×43 mm×23 mm。
