3-2,6-二氯-4-(3,3-二氯烯丙氧基)苯氧基丙基吡唑-5-甲酰胺类衍生物的合成及杀虫活性

     

摘要

The technical synthesis method of high content glyphosate-potassium TC was studied. The results indicated that direct reaction method was the best. The materials and the method were as follows: glyphosate 95% TC and powdered KOH were mixed well, then added water and stir to react at 30-90℃. The reaction products were subsequently dried and resulted in high content glyphosate-potassium TC. And the patent of this method had been applied (Application number: 200610154745.9). We also explored the formulation method of glyphosate-potassium 70% SG, and the ingredients were like this: glyphosate-potassium TC 90%, adjuvant X-15 4%, polyvinylpyrrolidone 3%, dodecyl polyoxyethylene phosphonate amine salt 1%, silicone defoamer 0.5%, ammonium sulfate 1.5%. The glyphosate-potassium 70% SG formulation were detected and the results indicated that the all indexes were qualified and the formulation had excellent properties.%以3-[2,6-二氯-4-(3,3-二氯烯丙氧基)苯氧基]丙胺和5-吡唑甲酸衍生物为原料,设计并合成了19个未见报道的3-[2,6-二氯-4-(3,3-二氯烯丙氧基)苯氧基]丙基吡唑-5-甲酰胺类衍生物.目标化合物的结构经IR和1HNMR测定确认.初步杀虫活性测试结果表明,该类化合物对鳞翅目害虫具有较好的杀虫活性.
