避蚊胺气相色谱-质谱联用分析研究

摘要

利用气相色谱-质谱联用法对避蚊胺原药进行分析与测定,同时利用高效液相色谱法(外标法)对本方法进行了比较验证分析.本方法具有较高的准确度和精密度,可应用于避蚊胺原药的定量与定性分析.%The method of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was used to analyse and determine the content of diethyltoluamide TC, while high performance liquid chromatography method (external standard method) was taken to compare with and verify it. The results showed that the former method had higher accuracy and precision. The method can be applied to quantitatively and qualitatively analyse diethyltoluamide TC.
