设施农业科学与工程专业创新应用型人才培养研究

摘要

结合潍坊学院建设山东省应用型特色名校的实际情况，根据目前设施农业科学与工程专业人才培养存在的问题，从培养目标、人才培养模式、教学管理手段、师资队伍建设、应用型人才培养等方面提出了培养设施农业科学与工程专业创新应用型人才的措施。%Combined with the condition of construction of Shandong Province applied characteristic school of Weifang University ,according to the problems existing in the talent training of Agricultural Facility Science and Engineering ,measures of applicative and innovative talents training of Agricultural Facility Science and Engineering were put forward from the the training goal ,training mode ,teaching management ,faculty building and applicative talents training.
