According to the fault diagnosis in network optimization, a fault diagnosis system based on neural network for the TD-LTE mobile communication network is designed and implemented in this paper. The system builds fault diagnosis model using neural network to output diagnosis results and solutions, achieving intelligent fault diagnosis for mobile communication network. The system operation result demonstrates that the proposed design is feasible and realizable. The system not only effectively reduces workloads of network optimization technicians, but decreases the network maintenance costs for network operators.%针对网络优化中的故障诊断工作,设计并实现了一种TD-LTE网络故障诊断系统。该系统采用神经网络来构建故障诊断模型,进行故障诊断,输出诊断结果和解决方案,实现了网络故障诊断智能化。最后根据系统的运行结果论证了设计的可行性和可实现性,可以有效地减轻网络优化人员的工作负担,降低网络运行商的网络维护成本。
