RRC建立成功率优化方案探析

In the process of LTE network optimization, RRC connection setup success ratio is the important indicator to evaluate network access. Therefore, to improve RRC connection setup success ratio is the important subject. According to practical problems in networks, they were divided based on 3GPP protocol layers to optimize parameters layer by layer and propose PRACH optimization scheme on physical layer. In view of the weak coverage in uplink, an optimized scheme on MAC layer was proposed and user capacity optimization scheme was proposed on RCC layer. Finally, a comprehensively optimization solution of RRC connection setup success ratio was formed. The implementation of the solution in existing network demonstrates that it effectively improves RRC connection setup success ratio and has satisfactory effect.%在LTE网络优化过程中，RRC建立成功率是衡量网络接入性的重要指标，因此提高RRC建立成功率成为非常重要的课题。以网络遇到的实际问题为出发点，按照3GPP协议层次划分，逐层进行参数优化，在物理层提出了PRACH优化方案；针对上行弱覆盖问题，在MAC层提出了调度优化方案；在RRC层提出了用户容量优化方案，最终形成了RRC建立成功率综合优化方案。通过在网络中实施优化方案，有效地提升了RRC建立成功率，取得了理想的效果。
