金融危机背景下我国煤炭产业稳定发展问题探讨

摘要

From the qualitative point of view, this paper analyses the reasons why China's coal industry adapts to market fluctuations passively, explores three factors including technology innovation, financing and industrial environment constraints which restrict steady development of coal enterprise and points out the role that the government should play in coal industry development.In the short term, coal industry restructuring and development will continue to rely heavily on government. To promote diversification of property rights structure is precondition for solving a number of actual problems of coal enterprises.%从定性的角度对我国煤炭产业被动适应市场波动的原因进行了分析,探究了技术创新、融资和产业环境三方面制约煤炭企业稳定发展的因素,指出了政府在煤炭产业发展中应起到的作用.在短期内,煤炭产业的调整和发展仍将主要依赖政府,推进产权结构多元化是解决煤炭企业诸多现实矛盾的制度基础.
