It is most important to get the maximal contact force between ball and raceway in a slewing bearing design and service life prediction.The load distribution over raceways must be known first,and it is influenced by many parameters.The traditional load distribution theory is too simplified for the neglect of many parameters of raceway.This paper analyzes relations between raceway geometric parameters.It discusses the load distribution theory taking the actual contact angle into consideration,and the influence of geometric parameters on the maximal contact force is also analyzed The results show that geometric parameters have great influence on the maximal contact force.%在回转支承的设计中,要求出滚珠、滚道的最大接触应力,就必须根据载荷分布方程,解出最大接触压力,这对优化设计回转支承和预测其寿命有重要意义.传统的回转支承载荷分布理论过于简化,不能够反映出滚道几何参数对其载荷分布和最大接触压力的影响.本文分析了回转支承滚道各参数之间几何关系,推导了在受载情况下考虑实际接触角的载荷分布方程,分析了回转支承滚道几何参数对其最大接触压力的影响.结果表明,回转支承滚道参数对滚道/滚珠最大接触压力有很大影响.
