基于本体的液压支架产品变型设计

         

摘要

To better reuse existing design resources and improve the efficiency of product development, a design concept combining the ontology and the product variant design is put forward, which is able to express the advantages of the product model more particularly. Ontology modeling software protege is used to build the product variant design ontology model, and then using C/S structure and SQL Server2000 database, the secondary development of SolidWorks is carried out by VB. The design of the hydraulic support is taken as the example, a product variant design system based on ontology is developed, and PDM system in enterprises is integrated into it. Thus repeated design is reduced, the product development cycle is shortened and product design efficiency improves.%为了更好重复利用已有的设计资源,提高产品开发的效率,提出一种将本体和产品变型设计相结合的设计理念。在产品变型设计原理的基础上,融合了本体可以更细表达产品模型的优点,利用本体建模软件protege建立了产品变型设计本体模型,采用C/S结构和SQLServer2000数据库,使用VB对SohdWorks进行二次开发。以液压支架的设计为实例,开发了基于本体的产品变型设计系统,并初步实现了与企业内部的PDM系统集成,大大减少了重复设计,缩短了产品开发的周期,提高了产品设计效率。
