新型盘辊破碎机排料和进料区布料规律的理论分析与研究

摘要

介绍一种应用在新型盘辊式破碎机上的排料装置，并对物料排出运动和进料区物料分布进行了分析和研究，找出影响盘辊破碎机排料的因素，并用试验对理论分析进行验证。同时根据物体运动学的知识，分析物料在进料区的运动轨迹，找出实现物料沿底盘径向均匀分布的下料方式，为盘辊式破碎机排料和进料装置的设计提供理论依据。%The paper introduces a discharge unit applied to the new-type disc roller mill, as well as analyzes and studies the material discharge motion and the material distribution laws in the feeding areas of the newtype disc roller mill. And then it finds the factors which affect the materiel discharge motion, and verifies the theoretical analysis through tests. Meanwhile, according to the knowledge about body kinematics, the paper analyzes the material motion trajectory in the feeding area, and finds out the pattern of material discharge with distributing along the radial direction of disc bottom. The study supplies theoretical foundation for the design of the discharging unit and the feeding unit of the disc roller mill.
