双比例液压盘式制动器在带式输送机上的应用与研究

摘要

In combination with the features and requirements about braking technique of the belt conveyor, the paper introduces the development and application status of the double proportion hydraulic brake disc. In addition, it emphatically introduces such key technical problems about the disc brake as mechanical structure, hydraulic working principle and PLC control technology etc. The study has some guidance significance for the spread and the application of the double proportion hydraulic disc brake.%结合带式输送机制动技术的特点和要求，介绍了双比例液压盘式制动器的发展与应用情况。重点介绍了盘式制动器的关键技术问题，包括机械结构、液压工作原理及PLC控制技术等，对双比例液压盘式制动装置的推广应用有一定的指导意义。
